ヒースロー空港の騒音苦情は減少したが、苦情の2/3は10人の住民によるものである

　ヒースロー空港では四半期毎に騒音苦情報告書を公表しているが、今年の第1四半期の報告書によると騒音苦情は大幅に減ったが、それでも3ヶ月で13,300件を超える苦情があり、そのうち1,280件が一人の住民によるものであった。ヒースロー空港は西ロンドンのborough of Hillingdonにあるが、苦情の大半は近隣のSloughからで3,835件、次に南西ロンドンのboroughであるRichmond upon Thamesから1,855件が出されている。
